Is TV that links to Netflix or Blockbuster the least expensive option?

A recent report suggested that getting a TV that links to Netflix or Blockbuster is probably the most expensive option. What is your experience and what tv models would you recommend.

I use a blu ray player, bought one 3 months ago and it works for me. The pix are clear. Also read that the roku delivers fine quality streaming, and the price ain't bad.

I cancelled my cable over a year ago, I have a Roku and can stream Netflix and Amazon VOD. I also have a Blu-ray player, and I'm saving quite a bit of money from not paying cable bills.

My father inlaw gave us a blu

My father inlaw gave us a blu ray player this past christmas. It has turned me into a couch potato, there is always something good to watch.

Blue ray resolution is by far

Blue ray resolution is by far superior. Take it from me DVD is dead..history.
